Blueprint Hires is seeking a Construction Manager to lead building envelope projects in Honolulu, Hawaii. You will oversee on-site construction from kickoff to completion, ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, solid knowledge of project operations, budgets, and contracts, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Familiarity with budgets and contracts and basic financial principles.
• Strong communication and coordination with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Overseeing construction on site, including field reviews and quality control.
• Managing project schedules, budgets, contracts, and invoices.
• Coordinating contractors, consultants, and technicians to keep work on track.
• Reviewing plans, specifications, and building envelope details.
• Serving as the main contact for clients and handling administration and correspondence.
