• Enforce safety compliance on site, oversee daily safety practices and incident reporting.
• Lead QA/QC activities, manage mockups, inspections, and acceptance tests.
• Coordinate subcontractors, manage trades and site mobilization.
• Maintain document control, daily reports, RFI and submittal processes.
• Create and manage weekly schedules, monitor progress and adjust plans.
• Foster strong relationships with Owner, Architect, Engineers and subcontractors.
