Job summary

AOM Health Care is seeking a Director of Environmental Services II to plan, organize, and direct the maintenance department across the facility. You will oversee the building, grounds, and systems, and drive safety initiatives to protect residents, staff, and visitors.

You will develop preventative maintenance plans, coordinate with executives, manage compliance with federal and state standards, and supervise staff and outside vendors to ensure a safe, comfortable environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a maintenance or environmental services team.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards in healthcare facilities.
• Ability to develop and implement maintenance plans.
