Corporate Resources in Des Plaines, IL seeks an Entry-Level Supply Chain Data Assistant to collect, organize, and maintain logistics data, supporting recurring reports and operational metrics.

You will collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Transportation and other teams to resolve data questions, build analytical skills, and grow into greater responsibilities within the supply chain and data analytics space.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Intermediate Excel knowledge needed (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Internship or relevant experience preferred, not required.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and learn quickly.

Mansioni

• Collect, organize, and maintain supply chain data from internal systems and reports.
• Assist with recurring reports related to shipments, inventory, orders, and delivery performance.
• Review data for accuracy and investigate basic discrepancies or missing information.
• Use Excel to organize data, identify trends, and help prepare reports for the operations team.
• Track shipments, orders, inventory, and other supply chain activity to maintain visibility.

** $22 - $25/hour - plus full benefits**
