Corporate Resources, on behalf of our client located in Des Plaines, IL, is hiring a full-time, permanent Entry-Level Supply Chain Data Assistant. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in building a career in supply chain, logistics, or data analytics.

As part of the role you will collect, organize, and maintain data from internal systems, assist with reports, review data for accuracy, and support operations teams as you gain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Intermediate Excel knowledge (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Detail oriented and well organized.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and maintain supply chain and logistics data from internal systems and reports.
• Assist with recurring reports related to shipments, inventory, orders, delivery performance, and other operational metrics.
• Review data for accuracy and investigate basic discrepancies or missing information.
• Use Excel to organize data, identify trends, and help prepare reports for the operations team.
• Track shipments, orders, inventory, and other supply chain activity to help maintain visibility across the operation.
• Work with Operations, Customer Service, Transportation, and other departments to gather information and resolve data questions.
• Support special projects and other analytical assignments as you become more familiar with the business.
