Entry-level OTE ranges from $90,000 to $120,000, with top performers in their fifth year earning well over $250,000. Half of leads are supplied by the company, and half come from self-sourcing. Requires at least 1 year of sales experience and proficiency with CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals and revenue targets.
• Identify and cultivate new leads through networking, referrals, and industry research.
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to propose bespoke roofing solutions.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction with exceptional service and support.
• Prepare detailed proposals and presentations outlining benefits of roofing products/services.
• Negotiate contracts with clients for mutual benefit.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure feasible solutions within budget.
• Provide hands-on support during roofing projects, including site visits.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Represent the company at trade shows, workshops, and events.
• Report on sales activities, pipeline, and client feedback.

• Compile and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback to the management team to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations during sales operations and client interactions.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of new sales staff and team members to foster a high-performing sales environment.
