Responsibilities

• Identify subrogation opportunities.
• Place carriers on notice of subrogation.
• Obtain documents supporting subrogation from clients.
• Submit demands for subrogation.
• Affect subrogation recovery.
• Set reserves, post recoveries, track financial elements.
• Tasks as directed by leadership.
