Actalent is seeking an Entry-Level Recruiter | Sales Trainee to join our team in New York. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers and sourcing top engineering and science professionals.

The role includes a comprehensive training program and mentorship to help you become a trusted advisor for consultants. You will build a strong professional network, conduct interviews, and coach candidates to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales a plus.
• Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
• Interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to work in a performance-based environment.

Responsabilités

• Meet with hiring managers to understand their needs.
• Source qualified professionals through various recruiting tools.
• Screen potential consultants through interviews and reference checks, while learning about their goals, skills, and interests to ensure alignment.
• Communicate work opportunities and prepare consultants for starting their new roles.
• Perform relationship-building activities, including coaching consultants for interviews and checking in on their first day to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a network of consultants that align with top industry-specific skill sets.
• Build trusted relationships with your network of professionals to be seen as a partner in advancing their career.
