The candidate will work with project managers and teams to ensure accurate data and timely insights. The ideal candidate demonstrates basic project management knowledge, strong communication, and collaboration skills, with familiarity in Primavera and EcoSys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 0 years experience noted in role description.
• Entry level knowledge of project management methodology including budget development, project planning, control and assurance methodologies.
• Good teamwork and collaboration skills in fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with Primavera and EcoSys tools.

Responsibilities

• Supports compliance with internal procedures and collects project progress data to update schedules and costs.
• Develops time-phased project cost and resource forecasts; validates costs; updates requirements.
• Generates and analyzes earned value reports and drafts status communications.
• Uses document management protocols for project records.
• Performs other duties as required.
