Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required for federal contract requirements.
• Entry level knowledge of project management methodology including budget, planning and finance concepts.
• Basic knowledge of Enterprise Project Portfolio Management tools (Primavera).
• Basic knowledge of Project Performance tools (EcoSys).

Responsibilities

• Supports compliance with internal procedures and gathers progress data to update project baselines.
• Develops time‑phased cost and resource forecasts and monitors schedule progress.
• Performs Earned Value Management and routine financial analyses.
• Documents and assesses impact of project changes on cost/schedule baselines.
• Maintains project documentation and prepares status reports.
