Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing experience is required.
• Experience in electrification assembly line/high voltage/electrical component handling/battery manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or IATF16949 quality systems.
• Minimum of ninety (90) days of training and a total of 960 hours.
• Basic problem-solving capabilities for troubleshooting in production.
• Ability to adapt to process changes and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products to customer requirements.
• Meet takt and cycle time, throughput expectations, and standard work.
• Apply basic waste-reduction practices to support OEE and FTY.
• Participate in PFMEA and work instruction reviews.
• Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing scrap, lowering costs, and improving efficiency.
• Follow all SOPs and documented processes for assigned tasks or stations.
• Participate in safety activities and contribute ideas for 6S or ergonomics.
• Complete required safety training and comply with PPE requirements.
• Support weekend and off shift work as required.
• Adhere to regulations and company policies.
• Perform other duties as requested and maintain reliable attendance.
