Job summary

Pride Health is seeking an Entry-Level Phlebotomist to join one of our healthcare clients. The role focuses on greeting patients, checking them in via kiosk or handheld device, and supporting the lobby team while occasionally performing phlebotomy duties.

The position requires a high school diploma, phlebotomy experience, and 1–2 years of client-facing customer service. Expect a 730am-430pm shift, 3+ month duration, and $17.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy experience required, even if intern/externship.
• Minimum 1-2 years of client-facing customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon arrival and assist with check-ins in the lobby.
• Help maintain lobby area and support phlebotomists as needed.
• Perform phlebotomy procedures when required and follow established practices.
• Demonstrate high level of customer service and protect patient confidentiality.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation and assist with breaks when staffing shortages occur.
