Job summary

Pride Health is excited to hire an Entry-Level Phlebotomist for one of our leading healthcare clients. This role focuses on greeting patients, assisting with check-in, and supporting phlebotomy duties in a fast-paced clinical environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, Phlebotomy experience, 1-2 years of customer service, and strong data-entry skills. The position is in West Palm Beach, FL, with a Monday–Friday schedule and Saturdays as needed, paying $17.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy experience is required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of customer-facing service experience.
• Keyboard/data entry skills are essential.
• Lobby greeter role with patient check-in responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with lobby check-in and kiosk use.
• Support phlebotomy activities and assist during breaks.
• Maintain a safe, professional lobby environment.
• Keep accurate records and documentation as required.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and confidentiality.
