Socket.dev, a California law firm, seeks an entry-level Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join a structured training and growth program. This role offers mentorship, hands-on experience, and a clear path to advancement, with a starting salary between $80,000 and $100,000 plus monthly bonuses based on performance.

No prior workers’ compensation experience is required. Those awaiting BAR results are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• California Bar admission or pending
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional, reliable and client-focused
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

Responsibilities

• Learn workers’ compensation case fundamentals and workflow
• Work with intake and support teams to evaluate and open cases
• Manage workers’ compensation files from beginning to end with support staff
• Assist with and conduct depositions as you progress
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff
• Develop toward a supervisory role within approximately two years
