Law-Offices-of-Bob-Nehora in California is seeking an entry-level Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join our Growth Program. You will receive structured training, mentorship, and progressively increasing responsibility in a fast-paced environment.

No prior workers’ compensation experience is required. Starting salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, plus monthly bonuses based on performance. The program aims to develop you toward a supervisory role within about two years.

Qualifications

• Recently admitted to the California Bar (or pending admission)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional, reliable, and client-focused
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable receiving feedback and training
• Trial experience not required

Responsibilities

• Learn workers’ compensation case fundamentals and workflow
• Work with intake and support teams to evaluate and open cases
• Manage workers’ compensation files from start to finish with support staff
• Assist with and conduct depositions as you progress
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff
• Develop toward a supervisory role within ~2 years
