Job summary

Sky Climber Renewables is seeking entry-level Wind Technician Level 1 through the TOP program. Technicians will receive exclusive safety and technical training accredited through GWO and work at wind sites near home, joining a service team to maintain turbine equipment safely and efficiently.

You'll report to the Program Manager and Site Manager, complete required trainings, and start with hands-on duties in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, with growth opportunities in a growing

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record check.
• Background check and drug screening.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Successful completion of a climb preview prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic mechanical installations, maintenance, operations, and upgrades following established procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of tools and use them safely.
• Dismantle and assemble basic machinery, components, and equipment.
• Accurately document all work performed.
• Follow all Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) procedures.
