Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical components, and supporting safety programs. Requires high school diploma or GED, ability to climb turbines up to 300 feet, and a non-CDL driver’s license. Relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0+ years of experience listed as acceptable.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license (non-CDL).
• Ability to climb a wind turbine up to 300 feet.
• Post-Offer Functional Capacity Eval.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular preventative maintenance and repairs on wind turbine equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic and mechanical systems.
• Maintain company-provided equipment and tools.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and OSHA regulations.
• Complete training requirements and attend on-schedule sessions.
• Support site manager with safety, environmental, and reporting duties.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve maintenance and reliability.
