Job summary

Bentley Mission Critical in Greeley, Colorado, is seeking a Welder Trainee to learn the welding trade in a hands-on shop environment. You will work under the Shop Foreman and mentors to read blueprints, use welding tools, and contribute to tank building for data center infrastructure.

No prior welding experience is required; a safety-first mindset and willingness to learn are essential. Training aims to advance to a Welder, with a stable daytime shift and opportunities for growth within our ISO

Qualifications

• Willingness and desire to learn the welding trade and building process.
• Ability to work under direction and to accept coaching and feedback.
• Commitment to comply with company policies, procedures, and safety rules.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and writing).
• Ability to do routine math calculations.
• Willingness to read blueprints and drawings.

Responsibilities

• The welder trainee learns the trade by assisting with and performing work under the Shop Foreman and mentors in tank construction and welding.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor reflecting the company’s commitment to quality and safety.
• Assist with daily reports and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Learn to read and interpret blueprints and drawings, ask questions, and progress toward becoming a Welder.
