Coyote Tanks Inc. in the Utah Basin is seeking a Welder Trainee to learn the welding trade and participate in the tank-building process under the Shop Foreman and experienced welders. The trainee will learn to read blueprints and use welding tools with a safety-first mindset, gradually taking on more responsibility.

Day Shift Hours: 6:00am-4:30pm. No prior welding experience is required; coursework or shop exposure is a plus.

Formación

• Willingness and desire to learn the welding trade.
• Ability to work under direction and to accept coaching.
• Commitment to comply with all company policies, safety rules.
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
• Dependable and punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced shop.

Responsabilidades

• Learn the welding trade by assisting with and performing work as directed by the Shop Foreman and mentors.
• Perform basic shop tasks such as material handling, fit-up assistance, grinding, cleanup, and tool care.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings, asking questions if unclear.
• Ensure safety precautions are followed and wear protective equipment.
• Support daily reports and maintain productivity and quality.
