Bentley Mission Critical is seeking a Production Lead to oversee daily operations in our steel fabrication facility in Greeley, CO. The role focuses on safety, on-time production, budget adherence, and high-quality outputs while leading a team of 10+ employees.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in steel fabrication, with supervisory experience, and a strong background in welding, Lean practices, and ERP-based job tracking to ensure accurate costings and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of steel fabrication or manufacturing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of welding, fabrication processes, and quality standards.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of 10+ employees.
• Lean Manufacturing/Construction experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and production schedules.
• Proficiency in inventory management and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Ensure zero accidents by enforcing safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Oversee daily fabrication operations and ensure on-time production.
• Maintain schedule compliance to meet deadlines and customer commitments.
• Coordinate with planning and engineering for efficient workflow.
• Close jobs in the ERP system to maintain accurate records.
• Maintain high fabrication standards and conduct quality checks.
• Monitor production expenses and manage inventory to prevent shortages or excess.
