Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lay out and mark points on parts using rulers, squares, scribes, or templates.
• Position welded pieces using jigs, fixtures and measuring tools; read measurements.
• Follow established safety procedures and read blueprints to plan welding.
• Operate welding equipment; select methods based on material and requirements.
• Repair machinery by welding and keep equipment in safe working condition.
