Job summary

Midway Staffing is seeking entry-level welders for a manufacturing facility in Mesquite, TX. On-the-job training will be provided for motivated individuals who meet basic qualifications. The position offers first-shift hours and a pay rate of $15 per hour, with benefits pending eligibility.

Ideal candidates may have welding school or hands-on training and are willing to learn, with safety and reliability as core expectations. Forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to read welding symbols and terminology.
• Ability to read weldment drawings.
• Willingness to learn; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and replace metal parts for production.
• Assemble parts using hand and small power tools.
• Perform first piece and in-process inspections; adjust to meet specs.
• Ensure accurate machine operation.
• Assist with equipment changeovers.
