Job summary

Energy Job Shop in Midland, TX is seeking Production Welders for a fabrication shop role. You will perform production welding on diverse assemblies, operate and maintain production equipment, and help ensure every product meets strict quality standards.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years welding experience
• Ability to safely and effectively operate welding and fabrication equipment
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to communicate orally or in written form effectively with personnel
