Qualifications

• No prior welding experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Ability to follow instruction and training and read basic measurements.

Responsabilités

• Maintain all company quality requirements and follow guidelines.
• Keep a clean work area following 5S and safety standards.
• Read blueprints and drawings to plan layouts and procedures.
• Determine welding equipment, settings, and methods based on requirements.
• Set up components for welding per specifications.
• Operate grinders to prepare parts for welding.
• Weld components using manual or semi-automatic equipment in various positions.
• Test and inspect welded surfaces for flaws.
• Maintain equipment to ensure safety.
• Assist welders to complete work efficiently.
• Adhere to safety rules and maintain a safe, clean environment.
