Job summary

RJ Smith Construction in Virginia is seeking an entry-level Welder/Fabricator for in-shop work. You will learn Stick and Mig welding, torch cutting with an oxygen acetylene torch, and safely operate power tools to fabricate and repair items such as handrails and dump bodies.

Qualifications

• Entry-level welder willing to learn Stick and Mig welding.
• Ability to safely operate power tools.
• Able to read measurements from a tape measure.
• Fabricate/repair basic components and assemblies.

Be able to read measurement from tape measure and other tools.

Duties to include: Fabricate and or repair handrails, dump bodies, buckets, roll off cans, etc.
