Blackstar Operating is seeking a dependable Welder/Fabricator for on-site work in Midland, TX. Local candidates are preferred. The role requires MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding, reading drawings, and fabricating or repairing metal components with precision and safety.

Key responsibilities include performing welding, interpreting measurements, maintaining a clean work area, and following all safety policies. Qualifications include prior welding experience, ability to operate welding equipment

Qualifications

• Able to read basic drawings and measurements.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Welder / Fabricator (Local Preferred)

We are seeking a dependable Welder/Fabricator to join our team. Local candidates are preferred. The ideal applicant will have previous experience with welding and metal fabrication and be able to produce quality work in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding as required
• Read and interpret basic drawings and measurements
• Fabricate, repair, and modify metal components and equipment
• Operate welding and fabrication tools safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous welding and fabrication experience required
• Ability to safely operate welding and fabrication equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation required
