Job summary

Ardurra is seeking an Entry-Level Water/Wastewater Engineer to join our Corpus Christi, TX office. You will work on municipal water and wastewater projects, collaborating with senior engineers through planning, design, and construction phases.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, 0–1 year experience (internships ok), familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS and hydraulic modeling; EIT preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline.
• Approximately 0–1 year of experience in engineering or related fields (internship experience preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, and hydraulic modeling software is preferred.
• EIT certification (or ability to obtain within one year) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and design of water and wastewater infrastructure, including pipelines, distribution and collection systems, pump and lift stations, and treatment facilities.
• Prepare engineering drawings, reports, specifications, and other project documentation.
• Perform engineering calculations and assist with hydraulic analysis and modeling.
• Assist with preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Perform field investigations, data collection, site visits, and construction observations.
• Support permitting and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and other disciplines throughout project development.
• Assist with construction-phase services, including review of submittals and responses to contractor questions.
• Support project teams in delivering high-quality projects for municipal clients.
