Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in environmental, civil, hydraulic, agricultural or water resource engineering or a closely related engineering field.
• Ability to endure outdoor environments during periodic field visits in uncomfortable temperatures and weather.

Responsibilities

• Reviews the engineering portion of smaller and/or less complex Environmental Resource Permits; prepares technical staff reports and letters.
• Assists the Compliance Team with reviewing engineering portions of compliance and enforcement projects, including site inspections and evaluating monitoring reports.
