Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an entry-level Water Resources Engineer to join the Resilience Water Team, based in Milwaukee, WI, with consideration for Chicago, IL. You will work with experienced professionals to develop water and wastewater conveyance and treatment projects and expand your technical capabilities.

You will contribute to design calculations, technical reports, and client interactions, while benefiting from onboarding and development programs that foster growth, creativity, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant design/consulting experience preferred.
• EIT or ability to obtain within 6 months is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, design, and support management of water/wastewater projects.
• Prepare design calculations, reports, and drawings for conveyance and treatment.
• Assist on-site during construction and coordinate with clients and team.
• Learn and use BIM, SharePoint, Power BI, and related tools.
