Ideal candidates hold a civil engineering degree with 0–3 years of experience; EIT is a plus. Knowledge of ES&C, H&H, drainage and SWM tasks is valued, along with GIS familiarity and strong organization skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience; EIT is a plus.
• EIT license preferred.
• Familiarity with Microstation/OpenRoads modeling and design.
• Knowledge of Bluebeam Revu and GIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Water Resource Engineer to develop water resource projects for state agencies, counties, and municipalities.
• Design and modeling using Microstation/OpenRoads for transportation infrastructure.
• Perform H&H, ES&C, drainage and SWM tasks for multiple clients in the Mid-Atlantic.
• Develop plans, technical reports and specifications.
