Granite Construction is hiring a Pump Tech to assist with water pump installation and routine mechanical work on water wells. This entry level position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and hands-on skills in outdoor settings.

You'll lift components, help transport equipment between sites, and support maintenance, repair, and data collection efforts. A high school diploma or GED is required, with opportunities to obtain a medical card and a Class B CDL.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain a medical card and pursue a class B CDL.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsabilités

• Assist with water pump installation and repair to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to safety and quality procedures at all times.
• Lift and move components up to 50 lbs., assist with up to 100 lbs. as needed.
• Collaborate with crew to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Maintain records of time, materials, and job documentation.
• Load/unload trucks and transport equipment between sites.
• Collect and label water samples for analysis.
