Granite Construction is seeking a Pump Tech to support large water pump installations and perform routine mechanical tasks on construction sites. The role requires travel occasionally and a clean driving record.

High school diploma or GED is required, with preferred experience on construction sites and a dependable, team-oriented attitude. You will operate basic site equipment, assist with pump installation and repairs, document time and materials, and work outdoors in varying weather

Qualificações

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in small teams on outdoor construction sites.
• Mechanical inclination; experience with hydraulic pumps a plus.
• Must be dependable and able to perform outdoors in all weather.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand long shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safety and quality procedures on site.
• Lift and move components and assist with larger items per project needs.
• Operate and maintain service trucks and basic site equipment.
• Collaborate with crew to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Maintain records of time, materials, and required paperwork.
• Assist in installation, troubleshooting, and repair of water pumps.
