Job summary

Interstate Batteries is seeking a Warehouse Associate in California to accurately process receiving, transfers, picking, packing, and shipping using RF scanning and warehouse equipment. You will handle pallets per RDC standards and ensure precise inventory handling.

Responsibilities include tagging pallets, restocking, and maintaining organized work areas while demonstrating teamwork, urgency, and a can-do attitude in a fast-paced RDC environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and basic math skills.
• Minimum ½ year experience in warehouse operations with RF/HH equipment, forklift, electric pallet jack and stretch-wrap.
• Working knowledge of computers and systems required.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Sense of urgency and well organized.
• Cooperative team attitude.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process receiving, transfer, pick, pack, and ship transactions.
• Handle products per RDC standards (receiving, transfer, pick, pack, ship).
• Tag pallets for transfer, pick, and ship.
• Perform general warehouse duties including restocking and housekeeping.
• Multi-task and transition between functions quickly.
• Other RDC tasks as assigned by management.
