Interstate Batteries is hiring a Warehouse Team Member I in Country Club Hills, IL to perform receiving, picking, packing, shipping, restocking and forklift operations. Qualifications

• High school graduate.
• Written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.
• No experience required; experience in warehouse operations preferred with RF/HH equipment, forklift, electric pallet jack and stretch-wrap machine.
• Working knowledge of computers or ability to learn applicable systems.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Sense of urgency and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process receiving, transfer, pick, pack, ship transactions.
• Load and unload batteries; restock batteries.
• Charge, test, date adjust, and rewrap rotations.
• Maintain a safe and clean warehouse environment.
• Operate a forklift and maintain certification; tag pallets.
• General warehousing duties and reporting; multi-task as needed.
