Job summary

Sonepar USA Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Midland, TX to receive material from vendors, pick customer orders for will call or delivery, and participate in cycle counting and inventory management.

This entry-level position offers hands-on training, exposure to electrical equipment products, and a path for growth within the logistics team. You must lift 50+ pounds, operate standard warehouse equipment, maintain a clean, safe workspace, and provide strong customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Pull customer tickets to fulfill orders.
• Prepare orders for shipment to customers.
• Load and unload Summit trucks.
• Receive and stock products on a daily basis to replenish inventory.
• Understand products and their capabilities and warranties.
• Assist sales associates in fulfilling customer orders when necessary.
• Ensure warehouse and respective outside areas are neat and clean at all times.
• Maintaining safe practices and proactively upholds Summit's commitment to a safe workplace.
