Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Vista, CA team. You will safely operate a stand‑up forklift to pull and prepare outbound orders, build and transport pallets, and use RF devices to sort and scan items.

You’ll receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. The role requires attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
• Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand‑up forklift to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Accurately receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Keep the workspace clean, safe, and accident free.
• Adhere to safety regulations, including PPE usage and safety harness where required.
