Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is hiring an entry-level Warehouse Associate in Mobile, AL to join our team. You will safely operate a stand-up forklift, build and transport pallets, and use RF devices to sort and prepare orders.

The role includes receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming material while maintaining a clean, safe workspace in a fast-paced environment. Qualified candidates have 0–3 years of warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and a dependable work ethic.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Must follow safety regulations and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Accurately receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace; adhere to safety policies and PPE requirements.
