You will lift 45–75 pounds, operate in shifts from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM, and comply with safety PPE requirements. Overtime, weekend, and holiday work may be required. Basic English and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds.
• Basic proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Willingness and ability to complete a basic math skills assessment.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Stack floor-loaded containers.
• Space and de-space pallets.
• Repack boxes as needed.
• Lift and move 45–75 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Secure products with stretch wrap and apply correct labels.
• Record material details such as weight, count, and condition using an RF system.
• Conduct inventory counts and updates as required.
• Label, sort, stack, tie, and repack products according to operational needs.
• Sweep, mop, wash, and remove trash to maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area at all times.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required safety gear, including company-provided cold-weather PPE.
• Assist with inventory or utility tasks as assigned.
• Perform additional duties as necessary to support operational goals.
