Job summary

HLBMA LLC is seeking an entry-level Vision Systems Engineer I to support the inspection process within the Cell and Electrode Technology team. You will help prevent quality issues, maximize yield and OEE, and support inspection systems and equipment maintenance.

You will work with Production, Quality, Engineering, vendors, and headquarters to improve detection capability and reliability of automated vision systems, with development opportunities into more advanced vision responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience.
• Military technical training or Associate degree with hands-on experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support preventive maintenance for inspection equipment and manage parts.
• Adjust inspection parameters to assist daily production.
• Improve inspection accuracy and detection capability.
• Assist installation of vision systems and schedule development.
• Maintain inspection documentation and records including KPIs.
