Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking a Mechanical Engineer II to design, develop, and optimize mechanical systems for automated vision inspection solutions used in manufacturing environments. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to create innovative, cost-effective equipment that boosts product quality and production efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/ manufacturing/industrial engineering and 3–7 years’ experience in machine design or automated equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in machine design, industrial equipment, automation, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design, kinematics, precision engineering, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency with CAD software such as SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo, AutoCAD, or similar.
• Experience with BOM management, engineering documentation, and product lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and PLM tools.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed designs and engineering documentation using CAD tools.
• Collaborate with electrical, software, controls, and applications teams to integrate cameras, lighting, automation, and inspection systems.
• Support prototype development, testing, validation, and product improvements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety and industry standards.
