• Decision making and troubleshooting abilities, good communication and computer skills.
• Must be safety minded, highly motivated, conscientious, and a good team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Performs assigned job duties in a safe and efficient manner within the extruder plant.
• Works anywhere in the plant as assigned and must be prepared to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Provides vacancy relief as needed.
