Formación

• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Previous Retail Banking or similar experience required

Responsabilidades

• Assist in basic account opening for existing customer
• Provide service delivery to resolve account service issues
• Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies
• Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate
• Create sales opportunities out of service transactions and resolve customer issues promptly
• Support sales/service activities within the branch through seminars and campaigns
• Adhere to operational controls and regulatory procedures to ensure safety and compliance
• Assess risk and uphold Citi's reputation and assets through ethical practices and escalation of control issues
