You will work Monday‑Thursday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, earning up to $40/hr for top talent, with weekly pay and a climate‑controlled facility. Four‑day weeks, strong team, and opportunities to stay focused on transmission work.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of automotive technician experience
• Strong hands-on transmission repair and replacement experience
• A-Level Technician or strong B-Level Technician background preferred
• Dealership or heavy line experience is a plus
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills related to transmission systems
• Experience performing Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) preferred
• Dependable, accountable, and committed to producing quality work
• Team-oriented professional with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Perform transmission removal and replacement (R&R) accurately and efficiently
• Diagnose and repair transmission-related concerns on customer vehicles
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and clearly document findings
• Identify drivability and performance issues related to transmission systems
• Work collaboratively with the team to keep repairs moving efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
• Follow established shop procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations
• Deliver high-quality repairs that support long-term customer satisfaction
