Job summary

Knight Automotive Group is seeking a Service Technician in Tulsa, OK to diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of vehicles. You will document work in repair orders, communicate with service advisors, and perform multi-point inspections to ensure quality.)

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as automotive technician or mechanic required; dealership experience preferred.
• OEM certifications (Ford, Lincoln, Volvo, or Mitsubishi) or ASE certifications preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment and repair tools effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Must provide personal tools appropriate for skill level.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance work on a variety of makes and models.
• Accurately document all work performed in repair orders per manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and management regarding repair needs, time estimates, and recommendations.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and report findings to the advisor team.
• Stay up-to-date with manufacturer training, bulletins, and repair procedures.
• Ensure repairs are completed on time and meet quality standards before vehicle delivery.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and assigned work area in clean and safe condition.
• Assist other technicians and team members as needed to promote teamwork and efficiency.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and dealership policies and procedures.
