Schneider National is seeking an Entry Level Recruiter in Green Bay to serve as the main contact for truck driver candidates. You will outbound call prospects, conduct interviews, and extend job offers while championing Schneider as an employer of choice.

You will build relationships with drivers, manage a fast-paced recruiting process, and work toward weekly and monthly hiring goals in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 1-2 years of previous recruiting experience preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to driver prospects.
• Conduct interviews with pre-qualified candidates and extend job offers.
• Be the point of contact for truck driver prospects and communicate Schneider opportunities.
• Meet weekly and monthly hiring goals.
• Maintain excellent customer service with candidates.
