Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related discipline required at time of employment.
• Academic or internship experience in transportation discipline preferred.
• Entry level position; no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transportation engineering and planning work under supervision.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and internal teams to deliver projects.
• Prepare maps and graphics for public and client meetings; conduct data analysis.
• Prepare engineering plans and reports; assist in grant applications and related services.
• Participate in construction-related assignments and field data collection.
• Draft memos, letters, and project documentation; maintain organized project files.
• Follow QA/QC procedures and assist in reviewing the work of others.
• Contribute to road, corridor, multimodal, and safety analyses and designs.
