Job summary

Fuss & O'Neill is seeking an Entry Level Transportation Engineer in Woburn, MA to contribute to traffic and roadway design from day one. You will help analyze traffic, conduct impact studies, and assist with highway layouts while supporting corridor modeling and cost estimates for major infrastructure projects.

This role offers a six‑month Blueprint leadership program and real hands-on design contributions, with flexible/work options and generous PTO to support work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• EIT registration preferred.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MicroStation and Synchro is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct traffic analysis and forecasting.
• Perform traffic impact studies and roadway design.
• Contribute to highway/road layouts and speed studies.
• Assist with complete streets designs and permits.
• Support corridor modeling and cost estimation for infrastructure projects.
