Job summary

Horner & Shifrin, Inc. is seeking a full-time entry-level Civil Engineer to work in our Transportation unit in the United States. The role requires 0–2 years of experience and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.

The engineer will develop PS&E, create 3D models for construction, and collaborate on transportation projects for municipal, county, and state agencies. A valid driver's license and ability to undergo a background check are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop PS&E (plans, specifications, estimates) under supervision.
• Prepare quality 3D models for design for construction phase.
• Perform transportation engineering tasks for municipal, county and state agencies.
• Assist in preparing reports and feasibility studies.
• Complete assigned tasks within projects on schedule.
