Job summary

Pike Electric LLC is hiring an entry-level Class C Lineman in Fort Myers, FL. You will construct and repair transmission lines, climb structures and operate bucket trucks, with on-call rotations and travel to diverse job sites.

You must have a CDL, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and be willing to work long hours in varying weather conditions. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Two years of recent transmission line experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Construct and repair electrical transmission systems.
• Operate and maintain bucket trucks and related equipment.
• Work outdoors in varying environmental conditions and outages.
• Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Travel to different job sites, including out-of-state locations.
