Job summary

AWP Safety seeks a Protector to join our traffic management team at job sites. No experience or degree is required; we provide training and a clear career path. You will set up cones, signs, and barricades and guide traffic with a stop/slow paddle.

Work outside in all weather, stand or walk 8–12 hours, and follow safety rules. We supply basic gear; you bring steel-toe boots. Some nights and weekends may be required. Paid training and a traffic safety certificate are provided.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-hire screening, including a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Set up cones, signs, and barricades and taking traffic control equipment down.
• Use a stop/slow paddle to guide traffic, watching traffic and job site activity.
• Follow all safety rules taught in training.
